压力曲线控制在不同冲煮阶段改变压力目标或操作，而不是只记录压力自然波动。

详解与适用边界
目标曲线与实测曲线分开看
自然升压或粉饼阻力变化也会让曲线改变；只有可主动调整的泵、阀或杠杆控制，才说明变压能力。
“可调”要拆成三层
萃取前改一次设定、一杯内手动调整、可保存分段程序，能力不同。复现曲线还须固定粉量、研磨与液重；不能只复制线形就期待相同结果。
